Select Order manager and choose Upgrade a device.
Enter the AT&T phone number to check eligible devices and terms for this user and press Check.
Select a device. You can choose from recommended device or browse all catalog and choose device from the whole list.
On the next step you will see price calculation, press Continue.
Provide all requested details for Shipping or you can choose existing ServiceNow user from the list of users. Press Continue.
Check your Order summary and press Checkout.
You can check Requests fulfillment status in the Requests listing.

Select Order manager and choose Reinstate line. Enter the phone number that needs to be reactivated- the 10-digit telephone number and Device's IMEI number and press Reactivate. You can check Requests fulfillment status in the Requests listing.
