Select Order manager and choose Shop new device.
Select a device. You can choose bundle, which already includes device, plan and features, or recommended device or browse all catalog and choose device from the whole list.
Choose an option - Port number from another carrier, provide requested information and press Continue.
Authorizer Name - Name of person who is authorized to perform this action.
Account Number - Foundation Account Number (FAN) for the current carrier (not AT&T).
Number to Port - the 10-digit telephone number that you are porting, including the area code.
Personal Identification Number and Tax ID Number are optional for this request.
Select a Plan and add-on and press Continue.
Select a Feature and press Continue.
Provide all requested details for Shipping or you can choose existing ServiceNow user from the list of users.
Check your Order summary. You can make mass-ordering by increasing quantity of selected devices. If everything is correct, press Checkout.

Select Order manager and choose Reinstate line. Enter the phone number that needs to be reactivated- the 10-digit telephone number and Device's IMEI number and press Reactivate. You can check Requests fulfillment status in the Requests listing.
